Since its founding as a downtown businessman’s association in the 1950s, Downtown Associates of North Attleborough has had one simple mission:
-To enhance the entire downtown through a viable organization by preserving, rehabilitating and beautifying the downtown area with a sense of respect for the integrity of the downtown’s nationally recognized historic structures and public spaces;
-To promote awareness of community functions and foster a consensus to positively address the problems of growth and change in the area with a renewed commitment to maintain the economic vitality of the heart of the community;
-To help maintain a unique place that reflects the past with pride, and improves the quality of downtown life, while building a solid base for future stability.
