2010 Year of the Penny - Day 8!
writes, "The "seemingly insignificant" things in life can turn out to be quite significant. "
Take the small choices we make from moment to moment, the food we choose to eat, the words we choose to speak, the thoughts we choose to think.
I'm reminded of this quote:

Sow a thought, and you reap an act;
Sow an act, and you reap a habit;
Sow a habit, and you reap a character;
Sow a character, and you reap a destiny.

One seemingly insignificant thought, a single seed, has the potential in it to become a deed, an even bigger seed that has the potential of becoming a habit, good or bad.

So much time and money is spent on breaking bad habits like overeating, smoking, drinking, or drugs. So much damage is done to health and relationships.

Our "seemingly insignificant" thoughts matter. Therefore, we must choose to think on thoughts that will produce deeds that will grow into habits that will produce the best life possible.
