All we can take is one step at a time, one breath at a time, one day at a time. So take it easy. Take GOOD care of yourself, your heart, your body, your spirit. Don't beat yourself up for not doing everything perfect! Let your heart do the beating. LOVE is a choice. Don't wait till you feel like it. Choose to love and the feelings will follow. Choose to eat to live instead of live to eat! Choose to be active instead of passive! Choose to smile and laugh even when there's nothing to smile or laugh about! Choose to think positive instead of negative! Choose to FIGHT THE GOOD FIGHT! Consider the alternative! You can either be overcome with evil or overcome evil with good. Take these steps...one at a time and you will MAKE your life a good one!
